Having Grown up here in Charleston, I have always felt very fortunate when it comes to fishing our coastal waters. I was able to see and recognize how special our fishery was at a young age (10 or 12 years old). Ever since then it has been something that takes up a large part of my mind. Fishing is something that I truly live and breathe. No matter how long I’ve been doing it, I know there’s more to learn. One technique leads to another. I don’t think I’ll ever be at peace with myself with it comes to if I have learned enough and I think that plays a large part for where I am in the fishing world. I am never settled on “what is enough” to be a great guide but one thing is for sure – I have fun with it and so do my clients. I take a lot of pride in seeing a smile on peoples faces when they are on my boat. If you don’t believe me, take a look through my gallery of photos.
